- your identification data (name, national registration identity card number , contact details, passport number, nationality, race, birth date, age, gender, address, telephone number, e-mail address, debit/credit card number),
- vehicle data (model, VIN, mileage),
- account data in the Proton e.MAS application (app nickname, app avatar, community user car identity, referral code, progress of e.MAS points awarded under various programs),
- usage and transaction data, including details about your charging, purchases, the advertising and content you interact with on the Proton e.MAS app, and other products and services related to you;
- marketing and communication data, such as your preferences in receiving marketing from us and third parties, your communication preferences and history of communications with us, our services providers and other third parties;
- information in audio/video format (including voice and video recordings),
- images (including photographs),
- biometric information,
- location tracking or global positioning system (“GPS”) information, and
- any other information relating directly or indirectly to you or which may be used to identify you.
By providing your personal data to us through the Website app, you represent that you are over 18 years old. If Grand Motors Sdn Bhd becomes aware that we have inadvertently captured any personal data about a person who is under 18, we will take the appropriate steps to shut down the account and promptly delete your information.

- To provide you with products and/or services and any other purpose relating to our provision and/or your usage of said products and/or services;

10. In the event of any conflict between this English language Personal Data Protection Notice and its corresponding Bahasa Melayu Personal Data Protection Notice, the terms in this English language Notice shall prevail.
